  • Harm Reduction Kits (Injection)

In the face of systemic neglect and criminalization, we take matters into our own hands. The Harm Reduction Kit is our act of defiance—a tangible commitment to preserving life, dignity, and autonomy for those marginalized by oppressive systems.

    What's Inside:

-Syringes: Sterile, single-use syringes to reduce the transmission of HIV, hepatitis C, and other blood-borne diseases. Clean tools save lives.

-Tourniquets: Elastic ties used to help people locate veins safely. A simple tool that prevents injury and reduces missed shots.

-Cookers: Heat-safe containers used to dissolve substances before injection. Sterile cookers prevent bacteria, abscesses, and contamination.

-Bandages: Adhesive strips to protect injection sites after use. Promotes healing and lowers the risk of infection.

-Fentanyl Test Strips: Easy-to-use strips that detect the presence of fentanyl in a substance. Empower people to make informed, life-saving choices.

-Gauze: Sterile pads to stop bleeding, clean wounds, or wrap delicate sites. A basic yet vital part of every harm reduction kit.

-Ascorbic Acid: A safer acidifier used to dissolve substances for injection when needed. A cleaner, chemical-free alternative to dangerous household acids.

-Cohesive Bandage: Stretchable wrap that sticks to itself, not the skin. Ideal for compression, wound care, and securing gauze or dressings.

-Filters: Small cotton or wheel filters to purify substances before injection. Prevents particles, bacteria, and vein damage.

-Naloxone: A life-saving medication that reverses opioid overdoses. Free, fast, and non-negotiable in any community that values survival.

-Sharps Containers: Portable, puncture-resistant containers for used syringes. Protects others from accidental needlesticks and helps keep public spaces safe.

These kits are more than supplies; they are instruments of survival and resistance. By distributing them, we challenge the structures that dehumanize and endanger our communities. We refuse to wait for permission to care for one another.

Join us in this radical act of mutual aid. Together, we build a world where every life is valued, and every individual has the means to thrive

  • Alternative Use Kits (Smoke, Boof, Sniff)

    Courtesy of: MBM

In a world where survival is often criminalized and self-determination is denied, our Alternative Use Kits exist as a radical tool of autonomy, care, and resistance. These kits are designed for people who use substances in ways that fall outside traditional harm reduction frameworks — and for those who are constantly adapting, innovating, and surviving despite systemic abandonment.

    What’s Inside:

-Love Stem: A glass pipe designed for safer inhalation of crack or meth. Reduces the risk of burns, cuts, and disease transmission from makeshift materials.

-Bubble Pipe: Used for smoking meth or other substances requiring vaporization. A safer alternative to foil or broken glass, supporting respiratory health.

-Syringe Tube (for boofing): Sterile, blunt-tipped syringe tubes designed for rectal administration. Supports autonomy, reduces harm, and minimizes risk of tissue damage or infection.

-Mouthpieces: Plastic tips for pipes that reduce oral injuries and prevent the spread of infections when smoking is shared. A small barrier that makes a big difference.

-Cookers: Metal or heat-resistant surfaces used for preparing substances. Clean cookers help prevent bacterial contamination and reduce injection-related infections.

-Pipe Filters: Small, heat-resistant mesh pieces that prevent debris or ash from being inhaled. Reduces the risk of burns, oral injuries, and infectious disease.

-Sterile Water: Clean, single-use water vials for mixing or rinsing. Prevents bacterial contamination and reduces the risk of abscesses and infections.

-Personal Lubrication: Water-based lube packets to reduce tearing and irritation during sexual activity or rectal use. Supports pleasure, consent, and bodily safety.

-Educational materials on safer consumption methods and bodily autonomy

By offering these kits, we recognize that healing doesn’t always follow a linear path — and that harm reduction must be expansive, culturally responsive, and rooted in real-world needs. These kits aren't just supplies; they’re statements of love and liberation.

Our Alternative Use Kits are an act of insurgent care — a refusal to let carceral logic dictate who gets to live, thrive, or be seen.

Stand with us. Let’s build systems of support that meet people where they are, and fight like hell for a world where harm reduction means collective survival — not just sterile policy.
